SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is the one thing that is out of our control and we HATE that, we're hoping to soon have our own delivery team who can travel far and wide to safely deliver your props, but until then... we use APC overnight pallet couriers.

From them collecting the pallet at our workshop, to dropping it at your front door - we ask that you allow 3-5 working days (depending on your location distance from us!).

If you provide your mobile number when placing the order, we will add this to the system when we book in your pallet and you'll receive a text on the morning of delivery with an hour time slot, if you aren't going to be in - they will try ONCE more the day after, but anything after this period will incur a charge that will be charged to you. We will however always keep in contact with you to arrange the best day for delivery, so don't worry - you won't be left in the dark.

Sadly, unlike Evri - these parcels can't just be thrown over your garden fence or hidden in your blue bin! We ask on the day of delivery that someone will be around to take the delivery, as mentioned this will be delivered on a large pallet so please be prepared for this.

Delivery charges vary depending on location. At this moment in time, delivery is only available in England.
