REFUND POLICY

Before leaving the workshop, ALL props are quality checked and will not be shipped unless we are 100% happy with them. We package the props to the highest standard, using a pallet service with support beams and shrink wrapped to ensure the safest delivery possible. However, when props are being shipped all around the country, we cannot guarantee that they won't be damaged in transit. 

Refunds will only be provided if the prop is damaged/unsafe. As all props are made custom to order, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on props that you might have had a change of heart with.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will need to email us at propitlikeitshotinfo@gmail.com with any pictures and the receipt or proof of purchase. This must be completed within 24 hours of receiving your props.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your props. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund too.

Exchanges

If your prop is damaged, and you would like a new one rather than the money back - please make this clear in the email.
